At Arkray India, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 15 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your Arkray India account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange to generate a request ID.

  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all brand tags, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package; please ensure you collect the signed pickup receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned garment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
